The neighborhood isn't too bad, now that Koreans have taken over.

They also have off street parking.

A bit pricey, but good food.

I agree! The ground is lovely as it is that sometimes I forget to look up, but when I do I'm in for a real treat. A lot of lovely buildings here.

Some other things I love
Mayor Nutter getting after tax evaders
Mayor Nutter reassessing the properties for tax purposes
2011 Murders as of today: 50
2013 Murders as of today: 25

A 50 percent decrease! That is something to love. So basically, one of my favorite things about Philadelphia is the way it is rapidly changing for the better!

...[T]he amount of places you can find quality produce in this city. Sook Hee, Asia Supermarket, OK Lee, Iovine Brothers, Whole Foods, Superfresh, all the farmers markets, etc. are all places you can find at least semi-decent produce with a good amount of variety. If one place is lacking that day, I know I can try one of the others. As someone who eats a lot of fruit, must always cook with vegetables, and needs two containers of cherry or grape tomatoes everyday, this makes me very happy!

Reading Terminal Market. There are so many great places to eat there. I especially like Dieners. Their BBQ chicken is the best.

Yeah, the area doesn't look too bad at all.

We generally spend $110 (including tip) for four people. Ice cream is free.

Philly is where, 11 years ago in one of the most epic sports press conferences ever, Allen Iverson was talkin' about practice. Not the game, not the game, not the GAME. He was talkin' about PRACTICE.

Not the game.

Philly also is home to my alma mater, Temple University.

Chestnut Hill. Downtown Manayunk. plenty of clases and courses to take @ community centers/scholls/colleges. H-Mart. a great mix of both city life (downtown Philly) and nature (Fairmount Park). Most important of all: it's not too close, yet not too far away from my family back in South Jersey
