You're in luck. I currently have two jobs and one of them happens to be in the Real Estate industry. I'd advise looking for a job in the city. Center city and surrounding areas are HOT right now. The suburbs are lagging a little and the market is still shaky. I'd avoid. As far as I'm concerned, Prudential Fox & Roach and Coldwell Banker are the best in Philadelphia. I'd get in contact with a bunch of different brokers. Try getting into rentals first until you understand the market better. Rentals tend to be a more steady income. Selling a house takes a long time and it's not an easy process. I'd get experience in the rental market first. Another option, is to get in contact with developers like Dranoff properties or Tower Invesments. They generally tend to bring in more money, and you can work you're way up to higher paying jobs working for a developer (like interior designer or you can get experience to become a developer yourself one day. Hope this helped! Don't wanna give away too many secrets though. I don't want competition
