Does anyone know anything about this development in Port Richmond? Beazer is building something like 60 units and I think they have around 16 left to build/sell.

How is the area? (Castor/Belgrade/Pickwick)
Outlook?

Default While there's been so much Port Richmond activity...

I'm very glad to have seen the rise in Port Richmond activity on the Philadelphia forum recently, which means that Port Richmond is finally getting the attention it deserves. While looking through all the Port Richmond threads, I found this one that nobody had answered to, probably because nobody was paying too much mind to Port Richmond a year ago. I was very glad to hear about the development, because I know that the residential part of Port Richmond "thins out" as one approaches Bridesburg, simply because there is less space between Richmond St. and the Aramingo shopping strip. This fills out the area a little bit- it's definitely a part of Port Richmond that is rather quiet and hasn't got any attention from the Fishtown overflow, so I'm glad to hear that the units have sold out so well. If this portion of Port Richmond, a little portion of the upper NEast surrounded by older Port Richmond is getting to much attention, it bodes well for the whole neighborhood.
