Hi,
Single mature female thinking of moving out of nyc and going to Old City,
does anyone have thoughts about this, I need to be able to get NYC and D.C.,
living in the city is just too costly, Old City looks like the area of nyc I currently live, I am looking for a loft apartment..
Thanks and hope to hear some feed back soon!

I think you will be very happy with that move. The enviroment will be similer to NY but you get so much more for your money. It is also a fresh new place to explore and discover.

i'd say anywhere between 6th street and Front St and Race St and Walnut St would be ideal.
