Default What is the purpose of human life?

If life were the product of mindless chance, our existence would, of necessity, be without purpose, and there would be no dependable future for which we could plan. But Acts 17:24 informs us"The God that made the world and all the things in it... gives to all persons life and breath and all things. For by him we have life and more and exist. Rev 4:11 which is addressed to God, adds:"You are worthy Jehovah, even our God to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created." is that a good purpose of life?

I don't know. Maybe we were given free will to glorify Gods creation. Maybe he wants to give us everything after a time has passed and we prove we're his children. That is free will. The Bible is based on a covenant with God, a promise to man. He says never has it entered in to a mans heart or mind what God has in store for him. To dwell with him, he is his own light. Maybe we will be given all the stars of the heavens. There is a reason why he says to follow his instruction and be good. Much wisdom I don't understand, but the narrow path is best. He probably knew when all had free will and knowledge that some would turn away. He does not want them inheriting his kingdom. Well he wants everyone and everything to inherit his kingdom, but that can not be. otherwise they could have just ate of the tree of life after the tree of knowledge and lived forever.

I just want it to end. It feels like we're entering some kind of dark age again. Before the end there will have to be a great falling away. The birth pains as the world prepares for its King. I just want it to be over. I'm very depressed. Made many mistakes and sinned a lot. The body is prohibiting and the world seems so slow and uninspiring. The world is so unfair and cruel. I'm selfish and stubborn, im just a fool. I don't want to be one anymore.
