We are two business MAs, early 50's, children raised. I've been in higher ed (recruiting/student services/some teaching) wife has elder care and med tech background and has a number of years in corporate with a major financial firm. What are the best places to begin looking if we want to end up in Scottsdale or the East Valley?

There are several new hospitals in Gilbert, with a new cancer center, MD Anderson, scheduled to open next year, and another hospital, Banner Ironwood, I believe, which will serve the Queen Creek area.
