Ocotillo has Chandler schools which are great. Part of the area you mentioned may be Gilbert schools which are also great. Many young families, also retirees and wonderful access to the 101, the 202 and even I 10. Homes are holding their resale numbers slightly better than other areas. In addition, there are still farms with horses and goats and we have sheep grazing in the empty areas some of the time. Its a mix between many subdivisions , farm land, and shopping. The Chandler mall is close and its a big draw to the area. [mod cut-- off topic to a question about one local ZIP code]
