Ok so we have Hunter XL 8 zone irrigation system....I have my sprinklers set to run 20 min 4 days a week at 2am....but here's what happens...at 2am they cycle, then rerun, the cycle, and one more time goes thru the cycle...

What am I doing wrong that it keeps rerunning the cycle?

Or I am just techno challenged?

Techno challenged.

Get a landscaper or even possibly a neighbor that knows what they are doing to program it correctly.

The answer is quite simple once you figure all out.

But it took me weeks (not full time obviouslly) to figure out how that darn thing works. I tried and tried to change it, modify it, etc. I even turned the circuit breaker off and on. This friggin' thing was driving me batty.

Anyway, go to the Hunter web site. They have short videos.

My solution was to reset the whole thing. And you don't just press the reset button on my unit. To reset is a procedure.

Once the thing is reset then just program it to what you want.
