Yes I know it's been sometime since I posted anything out here, heres A quick update. I have now had a 3rd visit to the phoenix area back in February, and I'm more than sold on my decision. I have already begun the packing and cleaning process. I would like some friendly tips or advise on moving there. I have already done my homework, and the research is ongoing. Please Help! anyone?

Have you checked the IT market lately. I heard things are picking back up and we are also selling more homes. This is probably a great time for you to come out. Right as we are making an upward turn out here for the better. Since people are starting to buy homes the rents should fall a bit now.

Did you decide on which city? Is there something specific you need help on? Let us know, I'll do my best. Congrats on the move getting closer, seems like you're getting ready for the adventure.

Congrats on your decision and Kudos for the courage to move here during our notorious summer! Our economy is starting to pick up and housing prices in Phoenix are going up so it may be a good time to get here. Where are you hoping to live? What was it about the area that helped solidify your decision to move?

Exactly what category of tips or advice are you looking for? There's lots of people willing to help out, but a bit more guidance on what information you need would help!

If you need to be near a workplace or have particularly strong feelings about commuting, or have hobbies or interests, or any special needs, that could affect the advice given.
