Corte Sierra is is a master planned community near Indian School and Dysart if I am not mistaken. It is right next to Litchfield Park. It was built around 2000 - 2002 before the boom and the speculators so it should be more "stable". I don't have first hand knowledge but this general area is a nice part of town. It certainly is the better side of Avondale.
