Anyone familiar with this 55+ community?
Tired of apartment living and don't want to buy another house at our age.
This would be close to our workplaces at/near Sky Harbor.
Any input would be appreciated.

The park allows a small percentage of residents to be under 55. I had an acquaintance say his family liked living there very much for many years. And he was happy with the management. So I took a tour of the park a few months ago.

The park is nice with clubhouse, pool, sauna, and spa. However, the clubhouse buildings and grounds are somewhat old and in need of some repair and updating. The homes and streets are well kept and the residents that I saw were friendly.

They offer wireless internet from Jabba communications which may be fine as long as you aren't interested in computer gaming, streaming video, and other high demand usage.
