Curious if any other Canadians living in the Phoenix area use their Canadian satellite systems (Bell, Shaw, Telus, etc). Can you get your programming? If so, especially Bell, do you know the alignments?
Thanks,

There is a company that is called Tv Mounting and More, they install Canadian Shaw direct satellite for about $125. You need to contact Shaw to get the hardware.
480-334-7085 they can help you
I also stream Canadian Programing via the internet using XBMC. It's free!!! There is much more than Canadian programming, live sports, all the networks TV shows, international programming, etc. The best part, use can use your computer.

I have Shaw Direct in my Phoenix condo. If you are a Shaw cable customer you can get Shaw Direct for as little as $14.99 a month. You need to take the dish and receiver down to AZ with you as Shaw will only deliver to a Canadian address. There are a few installers in the Phoenix area that will install and set it up for you.

Bell systems no longer work in AZ. Shaw does still work. No idea about Telus.

Default Thanks!

Appreciate the feedback. We will likely end up going with a US provider just to play it safe. (Don't want to miss any of our shows while we enjoy Phoenix!) Based on that, I will keep watching this forum for pros/cons on the various providers and then take that leap of faith to sign a contract with one of them.
Again, really grateful for the feedback provided!
