Thank you all for your responses. I was really worried after looking at some crime websites. After living in Scottsdale in a secure building, I just kinda went off the rails a bit. So hearing from you all has brought me back to my senses. I will tell him about the brake lock. He is not the type of young man to mouth off so I think he will be fine there.
