I agree if you love someone, you love someone. I note there are some who still are constrained by what they fear others will think. I was married 30 years to an African-American woman, and we have raised two children who are incredibly successful and impacting the world in their respective ways. I wanted a cross-racial relationship because I am attracted to diversity, so my life has been richer than it otherwise would have been (at least based upon my value system). Being recently divorced, I can confirm that Phoenix does have a rather low percentage of African-Americans. I have a notable position career-wise and lead an interesting life but have not really figured out how best to meet and connect, which probably is due to my own shyness rather than availability of compatible persons. I welcome any suggestions. Thanks.
