Just trying to help a friend who's 90 year old dad bought a mobile home in a 55+ community thinking his wife will be on board - but she's not - so this has been a financial drain on them because they pay for facilities/amenities $350 a month. So he wants to sell it -I can't help him because it's not attached to land - I've tried to help him and posted on craigslist, did an email blast to realtors, etc. and no bites - so coming to you good folks to point him/me in right direction ... I don't think I can give details here or I would but it's really affordable and is great for snowbirds etc.

He has rented it for one month this year in February - the renter called him several times for this or that - and he had to drive to function as a landlord and he's just too old and frail and can't do it anymore so he needs to sell it - thanks Yukon didn't know about mhvillage.com - will check it out.
