Hello so I've been searching around for a little while now trying to find some good rentals as I will be down here for atleast six months for work, I'm hoping to be somewhere near Scottsdale area as I would like to be around people my own age (29).

Is it possible to find any nice apartments to rent for around 700-800? A lot of the ones I find have really low google ratings and people keep mentioning bugs, cockroaches and swat teams breaking down doors 0_o

To add I'm not looking for anything big, just a studio. I'm working on flipping houses in the area so I'm really just looking for a nice place to comeback to after work.

yeah I'm searching through that as well, but it's been a long process that I really didn't think would take this long to find a decent rental in the area.

furnished or unfurnished? A lot of the furnished vacation rentals that cost 2,000-2500/month during winter can be had for less than half the rate during summer months, closer to 800-900 if you can swing it.

I was hoping for a furnished studio... but at this rate I'll settle for unfurnished and just buy some cheapo things to hold me over for six months.
