Anyone have this?

Moved into this neighborhood several months back and found the parking enforcement, weed enforcement presence like the gestapo. Then I find there are several people who really hate this one neighbor. Then I find out about this app...and start to connect the dots.

If I download this app does it show a history of specific addresses that have had complaints and the reason?

Obviously the snitch info is not shown.

Thanks

Pull your weeds and park near the curb.

Isn't the ordinance in Tempe some like weeds taller than 1 foot have to be removed?

I don't know the laws I just want to know about the app. I'm not a tech guy so if it won't give the history I want I have no use for it.

Just curious to see how many complaints made on my street and if my rental has a complaint history prior to me moving in that I should know about

OK. You can download it, check it out, then delete it if it's not what you were looking for. Or just read the features of it on the app store.

What's exactly the motivation here? Are you trying to join the neighborhood gestapo?

I don't see a problem with the app - Phoenix has one & it forces you to take a pic of the "violation" - if there isn't a violation, there's no need to investigate- if there is one, then well, obey the law or suffer.

I'm all about private property rights & one of those rights is to not have to have to take a serious financial loss because one or two neighbors are slobs/hoarders.
