I will find a job with a commute that makes sense (not sure where that will be yet). That is good to know that the commute to Phoenix is better May through September. Would prefer not to be stuck on the freeway during the hotter months. Sitting in a car on a freeway with sunny blue skies is going to beat my sitting in a car in the pouring rain October through May back in Seattle.
Litchfield Greens is a great neighborhood! I love the beautiful landscaping and the fountain. I will trade the heat for Seattle's rain

Default Arrowhead no

I live near there and in just the last six months I have seen an increase in homeless vagrants in the area and more traffic as well as many accidents. I actually am also looking to head southwest Phoenix. Glad I rented first!
