does roach season coincide with bark scorp season ?

Cause I haven't seen hide nor hair of either, so far this year.

Still a little cool. Usually when you start seeing 80s for overnight lows...the little buggers start showing up (if you have them). Little tip...if you hear crickets start spraying for them. They are like popcorn to scorpions.

haha, thanks Kurt. Strangely I have heard zero crickets, too. I am going to lay out more granules and spray more toxic poison just in case, in addition to my bimonthly pest control fill'er up on my inside wall system.

I don't know why... I am not that freaked out by snakes or spiders, but I really hate the idea of scorpions and that little stinger.

Online apartment reviews are usually negative.
In my short time here I never saw any crickets or scorpions, but I saw a roach on the terrace.

After hunting inside/outside, never seeing a scorpion anywhere outside, even under objects like trashcans, etc., last night I saw my first one inside my house, trying to hide against the baseboard near my rear sliding door. Bark scorpion pretty sure.
I have no idea how it got in, or where it came from! Especially when I am unable to find out outdoors despite trying so hard. I have had zero cockroaches, crickets, and just a few moths that fly in when I leave that slider door open in the AM for an hour to let the house cool off.

Hard to believe those little guys pack as much punch as I read about. Coming from the Midwest and California, I have never seen them before (except once in southeastern California desert, under our tent!). Even last night, after squashing this one (thankfully they don't move that fast and it seemed to try and hide once it felt my vibrations stomping nearby), I could only find one outside hiding in a sprinkler box in the front yard, far from the house.

Well AZ seemed too good to be true... there has to be some downside to otherwise amazing.

dont get too complacent; there is never "just one" scorpion around your property, or "just one roach" if you see one..
you are being smart doing regular pest control and watching everywhere for any bug activity...just remember there are trillions of them, and only millions of us!

Thanks for cheering me up LOL.

I just cannot figure out where this guy came in from.

But I am hyper vigilant now.

I think the few bugs that have gotten into my house have come in when the garage door was open, or, even when the back door/bedroom door was opened..You'll never eliminate 100%, but, it sounds like you have gotten 99.9%, so thats very good!
