Update....they just re-listed this home for $149K....wow! Oddly enough, doesn't look like anyone even came to look at it in the last few months!

If my job is any indication (I get paid straight commission)---------$149K for that house may still be too high. Things are becoming that ugly.

Sassie, update from my previous post.. our neighbor just reduced their price to $425k... they still got a way to go.. unfortunately, it means that it will probably become a rental very soon, as they moved out about a month ago.
