One more time, any imput is appreciated.

How about Daybreak Gardens Apts at 5225 Thomas Rd?

Anyone experience them or know about the area?

Is it a high crime area, or pretty safe?

Thank you in advance.

Still looking for Phoenix home!

Hi Bob, here's a good link to Phoenix crime maps. 52nd and Thomas looks fine.

Phoenix Police Department - Crime Stats

Another way to scope out an area is the google map satellite view. Zoom all the way in and you can see a street view.

I lived there in 1981 - 83 was back in the area in 2006 and wanted to see how the place had held up. The grounds and buildings looked to be kept up very well. Who ever owns / manages the property has done a good job.
