I need to put my home up for lease in Sonoran Foothills. It's 3600 sq ft built in November, 2007. It has a big backyard for kids and pets and a community pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts and lots of grassy play areas for younger kids. In a gated community.

I need a good property management company with good occupancy rate and reliable. Anyone know of any?

When we moved out to Phoenix, I found a company called Desertwide. We rented from them and the experience was pretty good. I'm telling you this from a tenants perspective but I just wanted to give you their info 'cuz I know they are legit. I don't know how everything works from the landlord perspective so you should give 'em a call if they interest you. Here is their website: Phoenix / Scottsdale Arizona Property Management, Homes for Rent. Photo tours of rental homes, condos, luxury houses for rent, residential lease options, and town home rental properties in Phx AZ metro cities..

Interestingly enough, I also found out today that a coworker of mine is using them to rent out their house. He found the company on his own so it wasn't until he mentioned who he was using that I found out it was the same company. He didn't have any complaints.

Good luck!
