Nice complex. Great location. They claim to be FHA approved, you need to verify with your lender.

1BD/1BA ranging from $79K (REO), up to $145K for 2BD/2BA from developer.

This is a condo conversion. Developer still has about 8 or 9 units.

Maintenance fees from $120 to $170 mo.

If this is not your primary residence financing costs could be high. Again verify with your lender.

DM me if you want more information.

I'm not as expert as Joe, but condo conversions can be somewhat lower in quality and amenities, sometimes.....check how many are rented out, how many are vacant, how healthy is the HOA, how many are for sale and for how long, feel of the complex as you walk around, are there bikes and crap piled up on patios and balconies......go there at night on a Friday and see if it's noisy.....all those "quality of life" issues.....

as Joe said, great location and very convenient....but also a very busy area with lots of cars whizzing about and the occasional very self-important driver, I've noticed....drive carefully!

I don't understand how prices can be that low in Scottsdale, especially that area...
