Are these legit?

Apartments for Rent in Mesa Arizona - Availability - Epernay Apartments

only 399 for a 1 bedroom with a 150 deposit, and its 676 square feet, which isn't bad at all. I hear of rental prices coming down due to the economy, but this is cheap. Im aware of apartmentratings and the ratings it has on there, my apartment on there has terrible ratings but im perfectly happy with it.

Apartments in Mesa - Floor Plans with Washer and Dryer

these are some cheap apartments, WOW, is this normal for Phoenix? the deposits are low also, the deposits here are usually atleast 400.

Your info is correct. Remember that our housing market crashed severely and between many illegal aliens leaving the state along with people doubling (or tripling) up to save $$$--------the landlords are dropping prices to keep rent paying warm bodies.

Textbook example of supply and demand here.

Yes and no. Factoring in the huge glut of housing and the crippled economy; apt prices overall are still out of line...........read that they will likely go down even further---------in the 'better' enclaves as well.
