September Theme is: serene place. Selected by "Machinery" Winner - DOH Mixer
Rules are simple:
All photographs must be your own and must be fresh - taken within the current month from the first day of month to the last Wednesday of the month. You may post your old favorites in any other threads but the contests.
One photograph per Theme contest and one vote per each member. Voting polls will be visable for all to see.
No chattering or texting here. Use the http://www.city-data.com/forum/photo...l#post10546544 or the rep point system (click the scale on right side of post) for compliments or comments to the poster. I would like to keep the thread neat as later will be turned into a voting poll. At the end of the year, this thread will surface once again.
Dates - Starting first day of current month. Last day to enter photo's would be the last Wednesday of the month. We will be completely finished with winner announced by last day of the month. This is a monthly contest from the first to the last day.
Now go out and start shooting! This is for pure fun.
One of my favorite places in Michigan is the Au-Sable River area. The river is amazing as it winds its way through some beautiful forests. There are many dams along the way, and also tons of great places to stop if you are boating or canoeing like islands and many small...and large sand dunes! Oh...and some excellent fishing!!
