Wasn't sure where to post this (the odd unique strange buildings thread is for homes, and this is a public bldg.).

When one first goes past this brick facade (from the right side), it's not obvious that the courtyard is open, so it looked like there was a tree planted "indoors", inside the walls of building/site.
The tree is partially obscured to the left, behind streetlight & the facade.
