Thanks I had a red filter and simply switched to night mode i guess u'd call it on my camera and thats what came out! The starburst effect has to be from the lamp behind the tree on the other side

Dogs are allowed to drive in Washington, as long as they're at least three years old. Can't have reckless puppies behind the wheel; that would just be irresponsible.
