Well Mt. Oliver is surrounded by the city on all sides so its in the city geographically. Others like Aliquippa aren't even in the same county so calling them Pittsburgh suburbs isn't accurate. Either way we're splitting hairs.

Mt Oliver is still not the city. Just was pointing out that "in the city itself" was not accurate in earlier post. Yeah, hairs mainly. And personally I don't see county line being some kind of barrier to suburb/non. With Pittsburgh the argument is stronger because it's pretty smack dab in the middle of its county, but the county line is completely arbitrary for such distinctions.
