I thought it was laziness or a lack of math skills that kept many realtors from listing square feet around here. Women realtors always complained that the men measured room sizes with their shoes.

Interesting. Although I looked again and I wouldn't say it's 100% clear that the info they used adhered to the real estate guidelines.
