Good news, of course. I'm not 100% sure where Princeton Park & Park Triangle are - 1st Ward between Penn and Park, I suppose.

Definitely good news--this sort of thing is directly helpful, and also can help encourage additional investment. Obviously Wilkinsburg is not going to completely change overnight, but I think the fundamentals are there for more and more of it to get on a positive trend, with efforts like this helping.
