Alright everyone, I'm planning a bachelor party on Saturday August 3rd. We have the night planned out but need an activity to do during the day. Recently moved to Pittsburgh so I don't know the city that well yet. Any ideas, suggestions would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

I've heard either golf or paintball outtings as day choices here. Whitewater rafting if you want to drive further out.

My son's friends took him kayaking in town.

Wigle Whiskey has a few open slots in their distillery tours for that day, though they have a special note on their website that bachelor parties should not show up already drunk.

My husband says that golfing, paintball, rafting, and kayaking are what you do after you're married to get out of the house when you have honey-do lists and you're no longer allowed to go to strip bars. (Never mind that I tell my husband to have fun on the rare occasions he said he was going to a strip club.) In other words, he recommends an afternoon matinee strip show because bachelor parties are for looking at T&A.

What kind of activities is the man of honor into? I think that would give you a better idea of what to do.

Not all are.
I know many guys who do not do that at all, even for a bachelor party.

That's what they tell you. No seriously, my husband isn't into strip clubs. He goes with his golf buddies when they go on Florida golf trips, but he thinks men are silly for giving up their money for a tease. (My husband is extremely frugal and won't waste a penny on anything he considers unnecessary.) He was just making a joke about wives with honey-do lists and wives who control their husbands. I'm neither of those or the renovations would have been done on my house years ago.

I personally find strip clubs pretty disgusting places full of pathetic men
