Last night, I called the police on a man beating someone on the sidewalk just outside Walgreens. I didn't stop to wait for the cops to arrive as it did not seem safe to directly intervene, but I was wondering if there is somewhere I can find out whether the victim was OK, or whether an arrest was made, or anything else?
