Let's face it, if that land would have been in a cool city that kicks Pittsburgh's proverbial behind, like Charlotte or Columbus, that land would have a Walgreens, an Olive Garden, an Applebees, and a whole slew of exciting places. What do we get in Pittsburgh? A stupid hillside that is isolated enough to attract bald eagles. Proof of a city that simply lags behind.
