Yeah I'm with TheYO but Squirrel Hill South and the other 89 neighborhoods are all pretty terrible lol jk. We call the 412 a Fourth World Area Code ��high crime areas of Pittsburgh or gang affiliated areas of Pittsburgh I would participate with my opinions and knowedge. Really depends on what you're looking for in a neighborhood.
Garfield and Knoxville are good places to get shot, South Side is a place to go if you'd rather have your car puked upon, Shadyside is an area oozing with smugness, Cranberry has soullessness, Esplen is a great place for general dilpidation.
Pittsburgh has no single "worst" neighborhood, depends on what you are looking to avoid.
