Could this be the old-money mentality at work? New-money people are the ones who go to upscale nightclubs to be seen. "Hey, check out how stylish and sophisticated I am!" Rich people in Pittsburgh seem to be a much more private group of people than that. Rich people in Atlanta and Miami, on the other hand...
