I can't believe this is happening again. This time it's another one of our cats, Ginger, who is missing. She's 15 years old and never ventures far from the house. She basically lives on one of our kitchen chairs, sleeping most of the time. She only gets up to eat and relieve herself. She goes outside now and then. We haven't seen her for days. Totally uncharacteristic. She's in good health, she had a check up within the last month or so. She's a fluffy orange female and weighs about 7 lbs. We got her as a kitten before microchipping was a thing. By the time it was a thing, she was old and rarely went outside. She isn't microchipped. Anyway if you live in Crafton, please keep an eye out for her. I'm willing to bet she's somewhere nearby.

My family is in Crafton right now during a visit. I'll be at their house rental tomorrow---not far from your place---and will keep an extra eye out! Good luck, Julie!

Default Ginger's Back!

She's back! I went out in the yard today and heard meowing. I called Ginger and she came trotting out from the bushes in the back of the yard. She was no worse for the wear. I brought her inside and she quickly gobbled up a bowl of food, went back to her favorite chair, hissed at her arch-rival (Henna), and went to sleep. We hadn't seen her since Friday. No idea where she was, but she was clean, uninjured, and healthy when she returned. I am grateful.

Yay!! Fwiw, don't take this the wrong way but, this is why I don't let my cats outside. That and we live in a busy road and I've personally witnessed too many cats hit by cars.
