I agree with guylocke that we aren't particularly close to hitting the point where crowds or affordable housing would be an issue. And traffic could be addressed with good public transit.

The lack of regional cooperation is not really on the city. It's the burbs that fight to stay independent from the city, and each other.

I just moved here from NYC last month (not for the Gay life) but for the cost of living and a better life for my children. We are truing loving our new place.

As I understand it, the etymology is something like "you ones" to "you'uns" to "youns" to "yunz" to "yinz" (or sometimes "yins"). But there is a principle of charity in transcription which allows one to somewhat formalize spoken English when converting it to written English (e.g., in a similar case one might write "yawl" as instead "y'all" or "you all").

So, I say you can pick your favorite written variation and go with it.
