If you were indeed a businessman you’d know corporate welfare works.

Do you think UPMC is the only tax exempt company here making billions, or is it the only company you personally don’t like?

Do you have any idea how hard it would be to respond to you regarding business? Seriously, I know you live to respond to anything I post, but seriously, I can't be bothered to really engage on this matter. Best for you to stick to sports and other more trivial matters. This is a business matter that involves a lot of thinking by people that understand taxes, income for the city and incentives for businesses. Best to stay at bay, but I realize you underhanded garbage gets wonderful attention from your buddy. lol It does provide me with a laugh or two realizing you just aren't going to really understand this subject. Funny though. Have a nice holiday.

Actual business/corporate welfare outweighs personal feelings. You couldn’t possibly begin to engage it until you lose the disdain for UPMC and them being tax exempt. Highmark is also tax exempt making billions yet your feelings towards them aren’t hurt for whatever reason.

Sports are also a business and another billion $$$ industry.

There’s nothing underhanded about being factual, however, in this case, facts aren’t always popular.

Seriously, it is time for you go to back on my ignore list. I was kind and due to my trying to educate you, I engaged a bit, but really, I just don't feel I can get anywhere. You just follow me around focused on your silliness and it is okay for a laugh or two, but at some point gets tiresome. You are your buddy, are toast to me. You fly under Yac's radar because you don't say much, but who has the time?

Good luck though. I tried.

I’m sorry you feel that way but business is business. It’s not always popular but money talks and UPMC is a huge part of the Pittsburgh economy, much like other businesses sharing in corporate welfare.
