Yes real surprised they sold at that price or close to it. The housing market got hot just at the right time for that seller.

No doubt -- it definitely seems that the selling has cooled in the last 3 - 5 weeks, with some aggressively priced properties here in Dormont sitting on the market for longer than they had in recent years. And then, of course, there is this monstrosity, that has been a bit of an eye-sore for the 20+ years that we've been here, but recently got a quick facelift:
