Recently discovered YIV ourselves and saw a series of plays there, that place is awesome! Definitely a new part of our monthly routine..and hey it's even next to a bowling alley.

Arsenal Lanes, They have really cool theme nights, and on Friday's and Saturday's from midnight to 2am they have live rock bands play while you bowl.

I'm from Pittsburgh and loved it there. I used to tell people all the time if they got bored in Pittsburgh, something was wrong with them as there are a ton of things to do.
First off they are a sports town with the Steeler football, Penguins hockey and Pirates baseball games. Since the city is betwixt 3 rivers, you can take dinner cruises. A pretty decent amusement park named Kennywood and a water park. The southside has a ton of blues bars and good local music. They offer a variety of museums including the Andy Warhol Museum and Flower Conservatory. You can take an incline up to Mt. Washington and have a nice dinner up there, the view is awesome. At Point State Park where the 3 rivers meet, they have various food and musical festivals during the summer. Oh, and there's the zoo. All of that is within city limits, there's lots of shopping, etc. in the burbs...
