i dont know what pittsburgh yinz are from but the pittsburgh i live in
it has rained for the last 2 months except a couple weeks ago where it didnt rain for like a week and a half

and it rained every single day the week i was on vacation
6/29 - 7/3

No, I don't think he is. He wanted 100 degree weather. We haven't even hit 90 yet this year!
