Has he ever actually WORKED as a lawyer?
If not, then there was no need for him to pass the bar exam!

I'm no Obama fan, but he would probably be the first person who was ever editor in chief of his law review to not pass the bar exam if that were the case.

What exam did H illary fail? I highly doubt that. I did a quick google search and there's some claim she failed the DC bar exam. Unless she had no current bar license, she wouldn't even have to take the DC bar exam. You can waive into the DC bar so long as you are are a bar member in another jurisdiction.

Hillary made claims that she failed the exam..

quote from "living History by Hillary Rodham Clinton"
"I had taken both the Arkansas and the Washington, D.C., bar exams during the summer, but my heart was pulling me toward Arkansas. When I learned that I had passed in Arkansas but failed in D.C., I thought that maybe my test scores were telling me something."

Why would you doubt that someone would fail an exam?

It is not a "claim" but a fact that she has finally fessed up to after 30 years. She took both the Arkansas and Washington D.C bar.
She had moved to D.C to be with Bubba, when she found out she failed she moved back to Arkansas. So she never retook the bar in D.C.
