2 wrongs never make a right, and i would never ever wish ill fate to the cop, even in these circumstances, i will never ever say, that i wish someone to be dead, that is just mean and cruel, and for God to decide not myself nor anyone else.

After reading the story and seeing the footage, I do not think those cops were justified in shooting that dog on the spot like that. Then he had to let the thing suffer before he finally killed it. It was restrained. There was no need to kill the dog. The cops completely overreacted and made a lethal decision that was wrong. Like they do far too many times, day after day, year after year, with animals and people. It's getting easier and easier to hate cops. Yes, hate.
Was it in Utah and was the dog strapped to a chair with a bag over it's head? Cops are barbaric - I only know like 2 who aren't perverted, corrupt, dirty, etc.

...then expand your circle of acquaintances...

You making a blanket statement like "cops are barbaric" is like me saying "proud voters of Obama are barbaric"...

Anyone who calls for these officers to be shot deserves one in the head themselves.

If my dog gets out loose and is deemed a danger to the public. Shoot it.
It was my fault for not securing the animal.

There was no need for that. It was a joy killing. Both of them should be fired and prosecuted.

The owner was in the wrong, yes. He is/was an irresponsible pet owner. The pet should have been on a leash. It should have been registered. He had been warned prior and hit with charges.

But none of it justifies shooting the dog itself right there on the spot. None of it.

I honestly cannot even bring myself to watch the video. I agree with EVERY poster that has wished ill-will upon that ******* of a cop. There's a special place in hell for people like that... and even that is too good a place.
