Notice that I never said that dogs should be outlawed.

Why not, every other animal does.

After reading the story and seeing the footage, I do not think those cops were justified in shooting that dog on the spot like that. Then he had to let the thing suffer before he finally killed it. It was restrained. There was no need to kill the dog. The cops completely overreacted and made a lethal decision that was wrong. Like they do far too many times, day after day, year after year, with animals and people. It's getting easier and easier to hate cops. Yes, hate.
They could have tazered that dog instead of shooting it with live rounds. When that dog layed down he is saying to the cops he is not dangerous, when he wagged his tail before he took the second bullet he is pleading to that fat pig he is not going to defend himself anymore because he is badly hurt.

This video really pissed me off I hate fat pigs.

Honestly as a cop, if someone or something has caused some damage and they willingly give themselves up, isn't it some unwritten code you're supposed to try and capture them or whatever as opposed to putting them down? That's like someone mugging somebody then around the corner they lie down on the ground and the cops decide to put 10 rounds in his ass while he's face down.
