where do you figure to paint with such a broad brush as to label 'conservatives"
Surely you jest, or are you deluded enough to think that even blue states haven't been shanghaiied by conservatives at one time or another. For example, in not one state did I see where teabagging is illegal!
texas is stupid...why on earth would anyone waste time on such an issue? make all the laws you want.. but I'm pretty sure if a hot guy needs road head and I'm feeling it.. it's gonna happen.. and it aint gonna stop just because we crossed the texas border...Just sayin

Do you actually think it would be enforced? I mean come on, we have more strip clubs & sex stores per capita than practically any other state. Some even right next door to churches as the case down in Houston. We have an openly lesbian mayor for crying out loud! I guess this means the nations 4th largest city won't be getting any play. Austin is considered the most sexually active city in America.
This would be one of those wacky laws that never should have been in the first place like every state has (if it passes).

i totally agree.. but with all thats happening in our country you would think these morons could do something better with their time.. i mean come on.!!! "no oral sex" thats like owning a fridgerator that has never had a six pack of beer chilled in it, i would not own one just a little tongue and cheek..
Come on now Texas of all states. Big bad Texas. I do not see this law being passed. Even if it is what are they going to do, have the ORAL SEX POLICE!
They going to knock on your door, and ask, have you had oral sex today, i don't think so, and if so these people are desperate and nuts. Even if this crazy law somehow passed, people are people and those who love it will continue to have it orally. I am sure there are porn stars from Texas, my gosh what would they do!
They will use undercover agents, provocateurs, or informants.
