I'm so sick of this "your left, you hate america, your a communist and hate god"
and
"your right, your self righteous and hate all gays and just impose your morals on all of us."

There is so much hatred in politics these days, I don't understand it. A public servant should be someone of integrity, but there aren't many of those left.

Sarah Palin saying that the governor of Arizona has the testicles that President Obama has? Thats disgusting and rude and does nothing to serve the general populous.

Why is this happening? Why can't people just have a little empathy?

Gross generalizations, thats why.

People are guilty of it here all the time, and in the news.

"Republicans support ......." "Democrats support...."

Knowing full well that there are Republicans that support some liberal stuff, and there are Democrats that support conservative stuff.

Sarah Palin is so guilty of this. Saying words like "Reid" or "Pelosi" or "Obama" does not represent the party, just like Palin doesn't represent all Republicans.

When people start naming individuals they disagree with, and not the party they belong to, things will get better.

Too many times politics and ideology are confused. Politics is not war. Ideology is war. I will fight to the death to contain liberal ideology and what I perceive to be the root cause of the destruction of this nation.

But seriously, like how many liberal ideologues are there? There's really so few of us who actually would impose an evil socialist takeover of America... we'll never have the numbers to do that. So to constantly hear that rhetoric is where the politics aspect comes in.

Politics may not be war but it can be a bloodsport.

Are all liberal ideologies bad?

Civil Rights amendment, voting rights for women, slavery ending.

These are just three liberal ideas, that I personally think are good.

Was going to the moon ahead of the Russians a good idea, I think so. Another liberal idea.

Not all ideas are bad, thats the point. And you just labeled them all bad, and things that must be fought as the "root cause" of the destruction of our nation. Thats BS.

Conservative principals aren't always the best either. Some are good, some are bad. Lets just take things on a problem by problem basis.

By lumping every Democratic idea as "bad" you severely limit the potential of the nation.

Both parties have good ideas, both have bad ideas. The answer is in the middle, or thats the way its supposed to be. The answer is rarely either/or, its usually a combination of both.

both sides are just as guilty. its really sad. both sides have stupid ideas. both have great ideas.

the problem is that the public has lost the ability to actually decide anything.
