It is easier to assume someones responses are silly when you really have know clue how to answer in an educated way.

Do you seriously think that when a President has a house / ranch in this case he is not working when he is in his second home?

Yes, Bush went to Crawford a lot, but he was at his home, and even met with world leader there.

Crawford was a fully functioning Western White House, with communications and staff equivalent to the WH in DC… He hosted foreign dignitaries there as well…
Visitors to the ranch have included:
•Russian President Vladimir Putin, November 2001
•British Prime Minister Tony Blair, April 2002
•Saudi King Abdullah, April 2002, April 2005
•Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan, August 2002
•Chinese President Jiāng Zémín, October 2002
•Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar, February 2003
•Australian Prime Minister John Howard, May 2003
•Japanese Prime Minister Koizumi Jun’ichirō, May 2003
•Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, July 2003
•Mexican President Vicente Fox, March 2004, March 2005
•Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, April 2004
•Spanish King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofía, November 2004
•Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin, March 2005
•Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, April 2005
•Colombian President Álvaro Uribe, August 2005
•German Chancellor Angela Merkel, November 2007
•Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen, February 2008

During his first year, it looks like Georgie took way more vacation time than Obama did. Were you just as outraged then?
You mean Bush just set there at his ranch and invited all these foreign leaders to come help cut the grass?

I don't think anyone would say anything if Obama went to his house in Chicago to work away from the white house. He is not

Obama has indeed been criticized for going to Chicago. It's said he'll "pal around" with his terrorist friends there. Most recently, he was criticized for gong there over Memorial Day.

Do you guys really think Bush had all the resources of Washington, DC with him in Crawford? Do you really think he did all the work on the ranch himself? What's to defend?

I did not say that. I disagree that Obama has "terrorist" friends. Nice attempt at deflection, though. Obama has been criticized for going to Chicago, even when he goes there to work, like at Memorial Day.

William Ayers and Bernandine Dorhn weren't domestic terrorists?

Must be nice to be ignorant of historical fact on demand.

They may have been terrorists, but there is no proof they were/are friends of Obama's.

The First Family is in Florida, on the way to Martha's Vineyard later this month. Didn't the Obama's just finish a vacation on the east coast? One has to suppose that there weren't many paid vacations as a community organizer, and since the taxpayers are footing the bill, the Obama's need to make up for lost time.
President Bush spent a lot of time vacationing too. But I do agree that it looks like he is enjoying the lap of luxury during the worst economic times since the Great Depression -- and right before the election in November!

Some liberals would argue that the sun comes up in the West rather than admit to Obama's being friends with Dohrn and Ayers. It's not like the men sat on a board together, and then Ayers/Dohrn threw Obama a fundraiser.

Yep, complete strangers,....no connections.
