I'd go to Home Depot to stock up on batteries, water and other essentials...just in case.

'Iran's reaction to a U.S. strike won't be confined to the Mideast' - Haaretz Daily Newspaper | Israel News (http://www.haaretz.com/news/international/iran-s-reaction-to-a-u-s-strike-won-t-be-confined-to-the-mideast-1.309553 - broken link)

Iran's reaction to a possible U.S. military strike against its nuclear facilities would target American interests beyond the Middle East, a high-ranking officer in Iran's Revolutionary Guards told Iran's semi-official Fars news agency on Sunday.

I'd probably have scrambled eggs and black coffee for breakfast.

The Bible says when you see the abomination that makes desolate
stand in the holy place [or in place of the holy] those in the holy land
are to head for the hills [literally.]

I think nuclear power plants as well as nuclear bombs are an abomination.

Bushehr is in Elam... for me this qualifies it to be standing in the holy place.

I'd say, "I knew it was just a matter of time."

What would you propose?

If nuclear war starts and comes to the U.S., I live in the middle of S.C. with a naval base, two air force bases, a nuclear fuel plant, a machine gun manufacturer, and the largest army training facility in America within a hundred miles of me. The front gate of Fort Jackson is less than three miles from where I'm sitting.

I just hope I have time to finish breakfast before the flash.

Just the discussion this week prompted me to fill the off road diesel tank.

I would likely get another 1500 gallon tank and fill that too.

I'd replay the Duck and Cover video for my grandkids.

I would go into my back yard and start digging. I would keep on digging every day until I had a deep hole. Then I would climb on top of the pile of dirt I had created, remove all of my clothing, and yodel viciously. Of course after that I would cut myself with tree bark and have a popsicle.
