He must have a target for his rhetoric and attacks, whether it is business (no wonder they don't like him or his policies), individuals (no wonder they don't like him or his policies) or industry (ditto).
Maybe he accused them of performing unnecessary surgeries, such as cutting off feet, or removing organs from children to make a buck. I don't know what he said either, but it does not matter, 0bama does not need to be truthful if his perpose is to demonize someone in order to push an agenda item.
He went on a rant about this family named Koch . I looked them up and I'm happy to give them my business .

The Obamas promised to fundamentally transform America. Another term for that is revolution. Revolutionaries need demons and enemies. And the search for enemies never ends. In pre-Soviet Russia, the Bolseviks and the Mensheviks made an enemy of the czar to justify their revolution. Then when that enemy was eliminated they turned their guns on each other. The Bolshviks won and then went in search of counter-revolutionaries, defined as anyone who did not toe the party line. And the slaughter started in earnest and continued up until the Soviet Union fell. Obama was nurthered in the paranoia of revolutionaries. He can't help demonizing all who disagree with him.
