This is not a big deal, there are plenty of other materials bullets can and are made of. Lead is cheap and has great expansion properties.

1st banning of ammo, next banning of the machines and tools to make ammo and extensive licensing for those who do.

Banning the manufacture of bullets and/or ammunition by licensed professionals is unconstitutional anyway, so even if it were to happen, I'm confident the SCOTUS would strike it down. If they didn't, it's not like the federal government would have the power to actually enforce the law anyway.

Have to disagree. It is a big deal. Every time our rights our etched away a little more it is a big deal. The EPA is being used by this administration as a thug to strong arm this administration's agenda through all the while by-passing legislation put to Congressional vote and keeping the American public silent.

banning is unconsitutional but you can stonewall anything to death.
its like welfare, retirement benefits, social security or even firearms., you cant stop it-- but you can set up so many road blocks to access.
examples--- the 800 number there is always busy, the dropped call the missing fax, the lost papers.
the new government weapon, stonewalling. did you say you wanted a license to make ammo, ok fill out these papers, ha ha ha and wait.

well they could always use silver for bullets, just make sure you hit your target with the first shot, or it will hit you in the wallet..

there's plenty of other metals that could be used in place of lead. lead is toxic?? no

Actually, no. Sarcasm should at least have a modicum of truth don't you think? There was no "poisoning" about it. Typical liberal cheap shot to tug at heartstrings.

ya but what about all the millions of bullets that get shot in the woods of america every year that get imbedded into trees, ground, would that be good in the long term.. lead will seep into the ground water

i don't see a big deal with using another metal for bullets.. if you get shot with a copper bullet you will be just as dead as lead..might cost more, but dead is dead..
